Vireo with tiny bill ,no wing bars, and bright yellow underneath. Perhaps the same bird that has been present.

Brewster's Warbler (hybrid)

Classic Brewster's with yellow cap, gray back , and black line through eye.

The bird was 8 feet away on the ground with no wing bars, white throat,yellowish washesh breast, and yellow under tail covets with gray hood and very broad eye arcs. Most probably an immature bird.
