**While record not accepted by Florida Records Committee because of concerns with origin, seems at the very least plausible this could be a legitimate vagrant. In many ways it seems much more likely that the migratory birds that regularly return to portions of Mexico overshoot and wind up in far sw. portions of Mexico. Molt timing with bird in colorful plumage on this date also matches wild bird.
