Possibly 4 birds. Pair seen together at the far east end of the lake, plus two sightings of an individual bird in different locations (west end and central). The two sightings of individuals could have been the same bird or different birds. This suggests 2 or 3 breeding pairs at the lake.

hawk sp.

Fairly distant. Had a very peculiar shape for a raptor: long, unfeathered, yellow legs; a long neck; a large bill; floppy wings. We identified this as an immature Crested Caracara, but the black neck makes this ID unlikely. The ebird reviewer suggested an ID of immature Common Black-Hawk.
