Very rare! Around 4:45 pm I noticed 2 cormorants sitting on the support poles of the damaged pier. I noticed one bird was significantly smaller, ran to the base of the pier to get a better look, and immediately concluded that it was a Neotropic. I was able to take a few poor photos before it flew south with the Double-crested, which I'll post once I have a chance. The Neotropic was smaller, with a longer tail and small bill. Birdlog wont let me write more, will add later

Heard singing at Pony Barn in the morning, and others saw a male here later. In the evening a female was at the same location (in close proximity to Prothonotary and Hooded!)
