Adult bird watched at leisure in scope about 50 yds from 3 observers. Yellow/green legs, yellow bill with dark band distally of a red spot at the gonys, dark eye with red eye ring, dark mantle & wings but not as dark as adult LBBG but darker than adjacent Ring-Billed Gulls. Midway in size between Ring-bill & Herring. Photos by Lucy Duncan will be sent to FOSRC.

Same location & circumstances as California. Juvenile into first summer plumage, a basically all white gull smaller than adjacent Herrings but larger than adjacent RBs. Small dark bill showing some light at the base, white primaries lighter than body, light buffy barring on mantle and undertail coverts, light legs, smallish round head, photos available.
