Seen at 200 feet with 8 X binoculars flying south over McAllister Creek Viewing Platform. Large white pink-legged gull with white wing tips, mottled light gray mantle, large bulbous light pink bill with discrete black tip. Witnessed by other birders who confirmed field marks, specifically white wing tips and large two toned bill. Eye not observed.
