American Flamingo

Very good clear observation. No doubts that the bird was a flamingo as it stood out and couldn't be missed. Bird was on bay side of island. Several people stopped and observed the bird and someone thought the bird could have escaped from a captive flock in Florida but there were no tags visible. I have slides of the bird somewhere.
