Comments:
Caught 'morning flight' of Snow Geese at northern ponds alongside SR 1; thousands of Snow Geese took off at the same moment from the pond in which they had roosted for the night. Then we warmed up in the visitor's center outside of which I saw an American Tree Sparrow. We saw a Green-tailed Towhee under the feeders outside of the center's viewing windows.
