Likely the same bird reported by D. Hawksworth a few days ago. Seen on the far eastern side of the WMA from the N/S road paralleling the ditch and railroad track. More slender, longer-tailed appearance than LOSH. Noticeably lighter gray head, nape and mantle. Longer, hooked bill. Thinner black facial mask not encompassing the eye.
