Huge numbers.

Probably a juvenile. Spent almost the whole time on the water. Only seen flying one time, chasing two gulls. Around the size of the Ring-billed Gulls. On the water, it looked uniformly colored a very dark brown. No marks. In flight, the wings were angled, showing light patch at the base of the primaries. Did not have the long central tail feathers

Sabine's Gull

All were juveniles.

Little Gull

Juvenile. Seen mostly on the water, occasionally flew. Very small. Comparable in size to the numerous Eared Grebes. When beside two juvenile Sabine Gulls, it was noticeably smaller. Head and under parts were white. There was a dark spot on the side of the head. A black stripe down the center of the crown. A partial black collar around the lower neck. Back was mottled dark. In flight, the upper wings showed a dark W. The underside of the wing was light colored. The tail was square with a black terminal band.
