Large mostly white shorebird with long slender slightly upcurved bill. Black on wings.

Big migrating flock streaming over the east end of the lake and then briefly forming a kettle and disappearing south. With the high winds all this took place in a matter of minutes. At least several dark morphs and some juv. birds. Light morphs with brown breast and white in face and chins visible and white undersides with dark flight feathers. Pointed wings.

Migrating through in big numbers. Came across several large flocks of YRWA's and sparrows at several places.
