Heard almost immediately after stepping outside of the Monhegan House. Initially heard just a high, one part call, three times. I took out my phone to record it and happened to catch one two parted song (sounds like a squeeze toy). Also saw the bird. It was more yellowish green than the many Willow/Alder flycatchers we'd been seeing for the past few days, but I am not familiar enough with these that I would have called the ID if I hadn't heard it.
