Comments:
Hired a boat for five hours to go look for seabirds. We went offshore a few miles and then cruised west along the shore past Zipolite, offshore more, east back past Pto Angel, and then diagonally northwest back into port. No serious natural concentrations of birds at all, very sparse tubenoses and only gulls and larger birds came in to chumming with fish parts, which is all we had.
Apart from birds we saw a single whale blow (likely Humpback), at least 45 sea turtles of at least two species, a breaching Manta Ray, and myriad flying fish.
