This bird has just been accepted as a new record for Texas by the Texas Bird records Commitee and is being looked at by the ABA from what I have been told. I have attached a link where pictures can be found of the bird and pictures of the perch site taken by myself along with Martin Reid of the TBRC on 6/29/11
