Bird seen in a dead snag, W side of Jeffers Rd about 50-75 yards south of 64. Remained perched for 20 minutes allowing excellent looks. A Turkey Vulture passed by showing the Black Vulture was clearly smaller. Long legged bird with black wrinkled head and longer, pale tipped bill. Though the bird remained perched the entire time we watched, at times it was possible to see the white on the underside of the bird's primaries.
