Comments:
Started during a rain storm, which then cleared up about halfway around the Marsh Loop. Wind was blowing steadily however for most of the evening lessening towards dusk. Started counting waterfowl and shorebids - especially - but after we reached the Seasonal Road most waterfowl counting just stopped so likely well undercounted. This was because suddenly on the seasonal road a whole passle of birds started calling and pouring in to roost for the evening. The whole thing simply became enchanting. A wonderful three hours
