surprise flyover over boardwalk - a student noticed flying over, and I got a quick glimpse of a juv w/ noticeable white patches at primaries + base of tail, rest of underside seemed clean dark, flew directly away but I noted a slight dihedral, fortunately a student got some good pix, including this one:
