Identification

POWERED BY MERLIN

Medium-sized, chocolate-brown swift. Very uniformly colored, without any throat contrast, and only a slightly lighter brown rump. Richer brown with a bigger primary bulge than the similar but colder gray Gray-rumped Swift. Fairly common in some areas, but can be quite rare in other areas.
