myzomela sp.

Possible Dusky Myzomela. These birds were all dark, unmarked honeyeaters. The Brown Honeyeater is olive-brown with yellow wing edgings and a small triangle shaped, yellow bare spot behind the eye. The female Scarlet Myzomela shows a faint reddish wash on the chin. The birds did not vocalize. I did not get a photo.
