Thick fog for much of morning, only really lifting in the last 1-2 hours. Light flight of migrants because of this but still nice as a lot of the birds stayed on the island, foraging around the north end rather then flying off into the great foggy unknown.
Most time spend around the beginning of the island but took a walk along the beach, back short section of homestead trail, and south, down the paved road just past the bend. Walked to this point because a birder I ran into (not sure of name) reported seeing a Connecticut Warbler...

49-65°F, cloudy and very foggy at start, becoming partly cloudy, no wind early on, light south breeze picking up.
