Un playero Zarapito (Calidris ferruginea) solitario que acompañaba a una bandada de unos 30 chorlos chilenos( Charadrius modestus) en el sector donde el Rio Maipo llega al mar.Este avistamiento fue pasadas las 4 de la tarde. Luego de unos 15 minutos la bandada emprendio el vuelo hacia otra orilla del rio. Llamaba la atención que se comportaba como uno mas de la bandada ya que los acompañaba en todas direcciones.
