This was a rather quick walk down. To see the upward trek, divided into about 6 checklists, map out House Wrens, as they were in every checklist.

    Details: "Wit" call South side Cuyamaca peak. "Se-pit, brrt" song. Same location as on way up. And one photographed (poorly) on the north side of the Butte in the same place is coming up.

    Details: Glimpsed three times flying over the forest. Slim, gray, long tail, inner buffy wing pattern. Flew over once in response to a recording of Townsend Solitaire. Too slim and tail too long for female bluebird.

    Details: Singing near Deer Spring. not detected on way up. Also in the campground.

    Details: 1 Singing near Deer Spring where seen on the way up. "Sweet cheer tree tree trill...." two other birds flew across Road and played in the brush. Another another whining below the spring. Green with a long round tail. About an inch shorter than spotted towhee.
