(red marker on the Unisphere) The Lark Sp, Clay-colored Sp and Pine Warblers were foraging with a junco flock just north of the meditation garden, which is SE of the Unisphere, approximately at the intersection of the Avenues of Asia and Africa. The two Cackling Geese were feeding on the grass with Canadas near the Lake and restrooms on the S side of the LIE (495), which is a short walk away via the pedestrian bridge.
Driving from Manhattan, I took exit 9E off Grand Central, followed signs to the Queens Museum, and parked in the museum lot.
