    Details: Rare: I saw this adult bird, found today by Phil Brown, in a flock of predominately Canada Geese. The Ross's Goose immediately stood out with its white body and diminutive size compared to the Canada Geese. The bird had black wingtips and a stubby pink bill with no "grin patch". Its head was clean white, rather than the washed yellow head that a Snow Goose would have.
