One was at the Cape May Warbler spot, in some small shrubs near the pro shop, seen I think by me (Adrian) only? Dark gray mimid with long dark raised tail, dark cap, rusty undertail coverts, plain face with dark eye, small black bill. A second bird was seen by all and photographed. It was observed twice near the pool several hours apart, so we think it was different than the pro shop bird. A third individual was continuing at Furnace Creek Inn.

Singing 36.459745,-116.867595. First it was singing in the palms and I couldn't see it, and was distracted by a waterthrush and catbird calling at the same time, and I thought it was going to be the BBWA. Then I heard it move to the oleanders and looked over at eye level to see a stunning Cape May Warbler! We watched it for about 20 minutes. About 20-30 minutes later Dessi refound it singing in tams at north end of double row. We returned to original spot and that one was gone, so we think they were the same bird, but the second one was high in the tams and we couldn't get great photos.

Ethan spotted it here 36.457032,-116.872849 around 545am, then not seen again until afternoon when it was continuously using the lawns along the east edge of the double row of tams.
