    Details: **MEGA. Light-intermediate juvenile at 0806 hrs. Small, narrow-winged jaeger with buoyant flight, first thought to be a tern when seen naked eye. Flying southwest along shoreline, fighting the wind. Long back end, bulging upper breast tapering to thin belly, giving a front-heavy appearance. Long (for a juv) and rounded central rects, 2 (or 3, max) bright white primary shafts on upperside, single white blaze at base of underside of primaries. Grayish breastband fading to pale lower breast; flanks and lower belly dirty and lightly barred. Boldly barred underwings, UTCs, and uppertail coverts. Details of head and bill pattern not discerned but secure ID based on the above observations. Details to be submitted to ARCC.
