Parked at Hart Street parking lot then walked all the way over the marsh than up to the road to the pump house then walk back for the most part along the road before finishing on the Hart Street trail. Raining and snowing the entire time got sopping wet. Birds were active though. Fun times before quarantine. Didn't bring the scope or camera due to the rain.

Details: **rare in early spring; most likely overwintering but possibly new arrival (?) Was scanning WTSP under private residence feeder and picked up on this fella immediately. Flushed by a vehicle and flew to the north where I followed it and refound it with HOSP and got some documentation. Long tailed sparrow like bird with pale stomach and brown back just starting to show chestnut coloration on the coverts. Male bird with yellow on upper stomach with black bib just starting to molt in and yellow eyebrow clearly visible. Hanging with WTSP and HOSP for the most part. Bad pics due to rain and digibin.
