Sue also observing today. Overcast all day with occasional light rain in mid-morning and mid-afternoon, temps from 41 to 47 F, winds starting just above ~10 mph at treetop level and higher but rising into the mid 20's by noontime, initially light near the ground but with occasionally strong gusts and then moderate winds down low with continued gusts. Duration started with 80 minutes of continuous observations and afterward consisted of mostly 5-minute observations made intermittently during the day. Eight squirrels arrived by 7:00 AM, well before the first birds showed up at ~7:20 AM, which reduced the ground feeding birds' activity early on. The weather conditions seemed to do the same for much of the rest of the day.

The 1st bird continued calling repeatedly for 4 to 5 minutes with the 2nd one moving to the front side of the house and calling only occasionally from there.
