RPB to RP. Tide just past low to rising to high to falling during observation period. Winds North 5-10 mph slackening to variable to S 5 mph. Seas < 2feet to near glassy at times. Very little activity upon my arrival. A few eastbound alcids and some loons hanging around the point. A moderate westbound flight of alcids mid afternoon along with an eastbound flight of kittiwakes mid afternoon was notable. Four - five Right Whales heading east/northeast through the RP rips throughout the day. One Minke, a couple of Harbor Porpoise, several Harbor Seals and a few Gray Seals.
