Back at it beating the thickets of Acoaxet. Pretty much identical loop to the route from October. Did go off a bit at Brayton Point road. After getting back from Richmond pond loop went straight to Canoe Rock to search the marsh and flats for possible LBCU had by MJI at Gooseberry earlier. No luck with that so finished up the regular thickets. Good waterfowl diversity but passerine birding was fairly slow outside of Canoe point which was quite birdy. Sunny and cold and breezy but warmed up.

32-45F | sunny | 5-12mph SW-W
