Details: Calling flyover at 725am. Heard ‘pink’ call multiple times overhead before i located a small straw-colored yellow icterid flying south overhead about 25 meters above me. Sharply pointed wings, a few thin dark streaks along the flanks of an otherwise yellowish colored bird with pointed rectrice tips visible at the end of the tail. The bird banked as if to investigate the green reeds along the sw side of the lake but then turned back towards the south and flew out of sight without stopping. Gave ‘pink’ call note during the 90 or so seconds i observed the bird.
