    Details: ***rare; second county record assuming this is the same bird found by Jonathan Irons on 9/8, which is probably one of the Rock Hall birds which have been present all summer; I scoped red channel marker #84 in the morning from the upper dike along Cell 6 for BRBO and did not see it, but re-checked in the afternoon and it was perched there with some cormorants; it flew a few circles around the marker, landed again, and then vanished; first "site" record
