Bird watching at Sandakphu. Couldn't identify/ click many other species.

    Comments: The confusion between large billed crow and northern raven remains. However I would finally put the entry in large billed crow upon the call.

    Comments: One of the most beautiful birds I have seen - white cap, black head and crimson body. Tail ends with black patch.

    Comments: Distinct appearance of the bullfinch and its bill.

    Comments: Both male and female spotted. Initially mistook crossbill for rosefinch, but then corrected. Reddish wings are darker. And stouter bill and body. The yellow green rump on female is apparent and also captured on picture.
