I mostly birded the north end from road, venturing about 300 meters south of entrance. I also walked a loop down east side beach and back through woods to road on shortcut (at most 0.2 km). Mostly clear becoming partly cloudy; 60-68 F; light breeze W 6-7 mph becoming WNW 10-12 mph. Tide ebbing from high (8.6’ at start; 3.35’ at end). 2.52 km back and forth. Only 0.5 km max
