70sF, sunny-cloudy. We saw our first Scarlet Tanager in Washtenaw County. Otherwise, as with our previous visit, the dense tree canopy made it very difficult to see birds, especially those in the treetops such as vireos & warblers, so most of our IDs were heard-only. We walked the Green and Blue trails in Lyndon South, to the overlook of Lake Genevieve, where we saw no waterfowl or heron.
