    Number observed: 1

Comments: Single among large flock of ducks in southwest Moson Road impoundment. Single among large flock of ducks in southwest Moson Road impoundment. Remained after ducks flushed from impoundment; periodically made short dives. Adult Clark's in non-breeding plumage--through scope it had a black cap with its bright red eye sitting just below cap on a white face. White patch in front of eye, with narrow black loral line dropping to its bill. Bill bright yellow. Face and neck pure white. Black back with light gray flanks, not black.

Digiscope photo(s) to follow. Attached overexposed photos do not support Clark's, so downgraded to Aechmophorus sp. Second EOP record; first record was (8/16/2009).
