    Comments: Reported to BC Rare Bird Alert;
    Flycatcher hawking insects in trees in a parking lot ~900m west of the pier;
    Relative small size, short tail and small bill than Say's Phoebe / Eastern Phoebe and Tropical Kingbird, generally dull with white throat, some streaks on the breast and yellow tinge on lower belly, white eyebrows not clearly shown;
    It was seen 15:30-15:50 in the fog, but disappeared when I wasn't noticing...
