Heat of the hot day. Low tide was at 2:45pm, but it was a high low tide and the water was still too deep for the smaller shorebirds

    Comments: seen well in flight and perched on the distant sandbar at low tide with the aid os a Swarofsky Scope at 40-60X. Dark, thich gukk-like bill, black legs and a very white bird otherwise.except for its black head stripe.

    Comments: 2 white morphs and 2 dark morphs in pairs feeding on the sandbar at low tide

    Comments: high in a close tree with other warblers. Quick moving and feeds upside down a lot.
