    Details: Lesser estimate. Heard more. Saw one cross the road, beautiful male. Red faced with crest, striking blue in the middle. Saw 2 females a bit later. Pictures taken. Not rare for this region.

    Details: Definitely not rare here. Green wings with red/dark pink bill seen. Unmistakable bird. Got good pictures also. Previously seen this bird in the Coimbatore so very familiar with this species.

    Details: Large, with orange neck and black wings seen sitting near the grass for a few minutes. Flew away a bit later.

    Details: One male and female. Male seen for a few seconds but had nice views of female. White nape clearly seen, with the female having a yellow head.

    Details: Thought it was a bronzed drongo, but after looking at the pictures the tail and the beak seemed different. Broader tail with splayed tip and thicker bill points to a crow-billed drongo
