    Comments: Single juvenile bird resting in the shipping channel in the Point LaBarbe vicinity. Unlike the COLO that are migrating to the west, this bird took off headed east. It swung around such that the distinctive drooped neck was obvious in flight. Ditto very thin bill. Light gray on the back of the neck.
