    Details: Overall dark loon. Noticeably smaller than nearby Common Loons. Thin bill
    held above horizontal. First found by Kristi Mayo. Could see white patch on breast. Bird must have still been in breeding plumage- which light was better. Pacific loon eliminated by lack of light or white on neck. Back did not have any visible light or white spots or patches.
