Comments: I read reports of the species being present at the lake at the time of my trip, so decided to review my photos from the area, very clear visibly smaller flamingo with obvious deep rosy plumage and a very large dark coloured bill, the neck is held in a straighter manner with less of a deep S at the base than is typical for a greater flamingo (but typical for lesser). Not initially reported simply as I did not expect it to be there

Comments: 3 birds, observed very well through binoculars at 15 meters, low flying, clearly swifts by shape and movement, picked out due to large size, and very bold white on belly and white on throat, no images taken as I was observing them with bins in suprise. Calls not noticed, but as very large slow moving swifts with clear bright white markings these birds were unmistakable.
