Ferry Lane - rained all day. Probably 150 shorebirds. The perfect conditions-migration, rain, and exposed sandbars proved to be the only time I witnessed this on Ferry Rd IN THE RIVER (I've seen one other amazing shorebird day in the fields -9/9/04). Striped Skunk crossed road near where I've seen vesper sparrow on Ferry - my 1st Skunk for Station 43 area
