Breezy with occasional gusts, which would make birding temporarily impossible. Walked the perimeter, but because of remaining snow pack which made walking a pain, I spent most of the time watching the sky.

    Details: Single cormorant (my first of the year in the county actually) flying high, east to west. Looked like an adult. Distinguished from DCCO by big blocky head and larger body with a more deliberate wingbeat. Was not able to discern any fine plumage details.
