  5. Number observed: 20

Details: At 30.8 degrees North Latitude on Atlantic Ocean side of Guana WMA. We were able to view many of these birds circling and plunging from great heights into the ocean. They seemed to congregate in flocks for fishing. It was amazing to watch. We had our binoculars which were sufficient as the birds were not fishing that far offshore. About 1 hour from 2-3 p.m.
