I met up with a group of birders and was told by one that he had thought he had seen a Major Mitchell's Cockatoo but was unsure. About ten minutes after parting from this group I heard the distinctive call of this species and looked up to seen one flying overhead. Overall whitish looking cockatoo with bright pink underwings. Unfortunately it disappeared behind a hill before it could get a photograph. Later I met up with the other group again and by now they had seen the bird again. There is no doubt that the bird seen was this species. In all likelihood an escapee but I suppose a stray wild bird can't be ruled out.

Several sightings throughout the morning but probably the same group seen each time. Maximum of six birds seen at one time anyway.
