Nick Anich is a research scientist with the Wisconsin DNR, and lives in Ashland with his wife Paula, his newborn son Charles, and dog Bootsy. He is currently working with Spruce Grouse and boreal birds. He recently worked on the Wisconsin population of Kirtland's Warblers and before that, worked on Swainson's Warblers in Arkansas. He is the primary reviewer for flagged records in northern Wisconsin, helps create and adjust filters throughout the state, helps manage hotspots, and updates the WI eBird website. He has also been a reviewer for North Carolina and Arkansas eBird. |

| Tom Prestby is a bird research technician for the Wisconsin DNR and lives in Madison. He currently works with Spruce Grouse, grassland birds, marshbirds, boreal birds, and northwoods breeding songbirds. He was the primary waterbird counter at Whitefish Point Bird Observatory in fall 2009 and currently serves on the WSO Records Committee. He is the primary reviewer for southern Wisconsin, helps create and adjust filters throughout the state, helps manage hotspots, and updates the WI eBird website. |
| Ryan Brady is a research scientist with the Wisconsin DNR in Ashland, where he serves as the Wisconsin Bird Conservation Initiative Bird Monitoring Coordinator. Ryan is training his two-year-old son to be a naturalist and if he has any free time in winter, he conducts research on Northern Shrikes. He is the chair of the WSO Records Committee and provides an important bridge between the committee and eBird records. Ryan also helps review records, maintains the WI eBird Flickr rarity photos page, and updates the WI eBird website, mainly the quiz series and identification articles. |
| Andy Paulios is the Coordinator for the Wisconsin Bird Conservation Initiative (WBCI) which is sponsored through the Wisconsin DNR. Andy grew up in Rochester, MN (and still hopelessly roots for Minnesota sports teams) and now lives in McFarland with his wife Amy, two kids, and Buster the Boston Terrier. He was the original eBird reviewer for Wisconsin and still helps review records in southern Wisconsin. His successful lobbying and cheerleading is the main reason Wisconsin is one of the top eBirding states in the nation. |
| Owen Boyle is the Coordinator of the Wisconsin DNR Citizen-based Monitoring Program. He is a founding partner of the Milwaukee Biodiversity Monitoring and Education (BIOME) Project. An avid birder, he enjoys "Bigbying" from his Milwaukee home as a participant in the Wisconsin Green Birding Challenge, for which he is web manager. He was the original web designer for the Wisconsin eBird page and continues to help run the website. |
| Murray Berner spent 17 years birding Portage County, Wisconsin. His primary interest for many years was the breeding and distribution of birds. Murray is now back in California where his focus is documenting the phenomena of songbird migration across the ridges of the Coast Range. He is our Portage County guru, he created the Portage County filter and reviews flagged records for Portage County. |
